Once you have completed the filling in of your credit card or debit card details and pressed the “Complete Your Order” button, the information is transmitted to our billing department where it is checked. As soon as the payment is confirmed, your order is processed and will be shipped out within 2 business days, typically within the first 24 hours.
You will receive a confirmation email notifying you as to whether your order was approved. In addition, you will receive an email letting you know when the order has been shipped. Please be sure to check your spam or junk folders to ensure our emails are not misdirected.

All of our orders are shipped securely via the USPS, requiring a signature.
In order to guarantee delivery, we ship all orders with a courier and therefore we require your signature. The estimated time of arrival is between 10 and 21 business days (Business days do not including weekends and public holidays). This period begins upon date of shipment.
The shipping fee includes handling and insurance.
We do our best to minimize delivery times and in most cases our customers receive their orders earlier than expected.
Some delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control, such as; customs delays, long holidays, international holidays (as some products are sent from overseas), etc. When we are aware of such delays, we will contact you to let you know.
